Park Plaza Bangkok Soi 18 Hotel

Hotel turned out to be neat and the breakfast option was varied and hearty. Functional room, we had a double room, with climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television. Nothing to complain about, this was a very nice stay in our vacation...

The location was marvellous for me, to other areas in Bangkok.

Brilliant hotel in a quite area but only 5 minutes walk to the Skytrain station. New hotel from 2011. Very comfortable rooms and nice interior. Helpful and friendly staff.

All I can say was our stay here was amazing. The Hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel! It was close to the shopping center Terminal 21 and a quick sky train ride to the Siam Shopping center. Plus the Best Shower Ever!

The only thing that we had a problem with was when we booked our day tours with the hotel they never told us what the dress code was for the places we were to visit. For example, we went to the Tiger Temples and a couple people on the tour were wearing red/pink tops and they had to purchase new clothes because the tigers would be attracted to the red and pink shades.

Nice, helpful and super polite staff. New, spacious and clean room. The corner delux room is well-furnished. Comfortable bed. With the free tuktuk service to the main street, it's very near to the mall terminal 21, metro and BTS. Thai food next to the hotel is cheap and tasty. Will definitely stay again!!!

No view outside the window, but it's totally ok as the room is good enough.

Have been on a business trip. Hotel is well located, bar is abut overpriced but just outside is a nice little restaurant and. Reakfast can be e njoyed opposite the hotel. I liked the place not too big but nice style and standard.

The staff arranged my transportation promptly.

Convenient location - about 5 minutes walk to BTS Asoke station exit 5 or you can call for the tuk-tuk to pick u up at the Family Mart convenience store at the main road. Was worried it would not be nice to walk down the soi/street - but it felt safe at night as there were many restaurants, street food stalls and massage places that looked clean. There were other hotels (Windsor suite) and service apartments along the street. Rooms were modern, well furnished, and had all the amenities that a 5-star hotel would have but at 4-star price. Good value. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect hotel if you are interested in staying in Sukumvit area. Located on a side street is more quiet thatn others in the area, while still close to skytrain station and other facilities. Rooms are a bit small but overall comfortable. If you are interested in a room with a view this is not an option, since most of the rooms look over side buildings, or into the side street where oposite buildings are taller. Great breakfats, nice pool and overall decor.

If you are in Bangkok for sightseeing this Hotel can be a bit far, but is well conected. We requested massages over at the pool as offered by the hotel, which was canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled time without much explanation.

The hotel was well-appointed and clean. We loved visiting the nearby park with its beautiful artificial lake, perfect for some quality family time while renting boats. The staff were attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of for us and our non-service dog.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available at the hotel.

Rooms were modern and very clean, excellent facilities (good shower), TV, air conditioning etc... The staff were very friendly and eager to help and assist in every way, very courteous.

We had a small problem with the drainage in the shower, where the water didn't drain fast enough - possibly a blockage of some sort. Apart from that I would recommend this Hotel for any travelers.

Though it looks small (only 8 floors) because it is surrounded by tall skyscrapers, the rooms are very neat, well organized, functional, if not luxury. It is the location, location & location which is more attractive and suitable for everyone. The staff are courteous, eager to help you always, understand the needs of a business traveler. I strongly recommend the hotel for travelers of business, conference going, family & friends. For vegetarians there is a small restaurant called "Ganesh Bhavan" in the adjacent lane, which serves pure veg south Indian food.

Comfortable room, beautiful pool, with a nice vibe for relaxation and enjoyment, especially during my evening drinks and sunbathing by the pool area with excellent service from the friendly staff. It's also conveniently located just a short walk from Asoke BTS station.

Magnificent and perfect location by metro or sky train with free parking if needed. Beautifully maintained room with separate bathroom and a safe, a mini bar and an electronic key card. Excellent service, absolutely courteous staff during stay.
